1. Before purchasing the tour, please thoroughly read through all the details and prices (include and exclude),
policy of cancellations and refunds. The customers have to print the “confirmation letter” which has the
important message and emergency contact on it. Please bring the “confirmation letter” and the effective
documentations on the touring day. The customers have to provide valid contact number for emergency
contact.
2. Please note that in rare conditions like terrible weather, traffic, and insufficient tour members, TransAmerica
reserves the rights to cancel the tour. We will immediately assist customers in attending other similar tour or
provide full refund to the customers. To ensure smooth travel, we reserve the right to adjust the itinerary
and the interpretation.
